• We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe your account has been used for unauthorized sharing or abuse.

Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Refunds are handled fairly within 14 days for unused content. If you started or completed a course, we may offer a partial refund or alternative remedy at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.

• Payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. Their terms may also apply.
• Any applicable taxes, fees, or currency conversion charges are your responsibility unless otherwise stated.
• To request a refund, contact us with your order details and the email used for purchase.

You agree to use Yarn Academy in a lawful, respectful way. This includes respecting creators, other learners, and our infrastructure.

• No unauthorized sharing of course materials, recordings, patterns, downloads, or instructor resources.
• No scraping, automated harvesting, or attempts to bypass access controls.
• No malware, phishing, abusive behavior, harassment, or impersonation.
• Do not overload, attack, or interfere with our systems or other users’ access.

We may update these terms from time to time. We aim for clarity in all changes. When updates are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, via a notice on the website).

• Your continued use of Yarn Academy after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
• If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using the service.
